What the three prices mean
Unfurnished
The house itself, with electricity, plumbing and ventilation installed. From here you add a bathroom, kitchen, furnishing, heating or off-grid equipment of your choice. Colours come later, and they are free of cost.
Fully furnished
Pick the furnishing of your choice: from kitchen and bathroom to living room and bedroom, ready to move into.
Fully off-grid
Free of the grid: solar panels, water tanks, a wood, pellet or gas stove, cooking and hot water on gas, or a dry or incinerating toilet.
How to live off the grid →Materials
Spruce as standard, Shou sugi ban, Oxygen wood and ThermoWood as options, each in a wide range of colours. Inside, the finish on every wall and floor is yours to choose.
