Four new models, and 5 000 € off the first of each!

Antonia, one of our four new models

Many of you have asked us for some new models that, in most countries, can get a regular building permit and be financed with an ordinary mortgage. So we got to work, and we are so excited to show you what we came up with: four brand new models, Lucia, Leah, Antonia and Helena! Each one is on the website now with floor plans, pictures, a video walk-through and a price calculator where you can see all available material and furnishing options and prices.

They range from 39 to 59 m², from a single module with a cosy upper floor to an L-shaped house that wraps around its own terrace. Below you can compare them side by side, then get to know each one, see what they cost per month with financing, and check whether they are allowed where you want to build.

Why a modular home?

A modular home stands on a foundation, like any small house. In most countries that means the building authorities treat it as a house and not as a mobile home or a caravan: you apply for the normal building permit, and once it stands on land you own with a permanent permit, it becomes part of the property. Banks then see it as real estate, so it can be financed with an ordinary mortgage. The houses arrive finished from the factory on a low-bed truck and are lifted onto the foundation by crane.

Meet the four

Lucia

Lucia

Bright, spacious and full of charm: a single module with large windows, and a cosy upper floor that creates a peaceful retreat above the social heart of the house. A small home that feels anything but small.

At 7.5 by 4 metres and 4 metres to the ridge, Lucia is drawn for the Swedish attefallshus rules: 30 m² inside a detailed plan, with no building permit needed.

39 m² living area, sleeps 3. Unfurnished model from 69 500 € excl. VAT.

Leah

Leah

Light, airy and just a little bit playful. The living room opens high into the roof, and a proper staircase leads up to a cosy loft that feels made for books, blankets and disappearing for a while.

A corridor keeps the sleeping half apart from the living half. The bedroom has its own glass door onto the deck, and the loft under the ridge has its own window.

52 m² living area (34 m² on the ground floor and an 18 m² loft), sleeps 4. Unfurnished model from 59 500 € excl. VAT.

Antonia

Antonia

Antonia is all about easy indoor-outdoor living. The terrace nestles into the L of the house, and the living room opens straight onto it through a gable glazed up to the ridge.

The short wing holds the kitchen, dining and living room. The long wing has the entrance, the bathroom and a double bedroom, and above it a staircase leads to a loft with room for more sleepers or a quiet corner to work in.

59 m² living area, sleeps 4. Unfurnished model from 67 500 € excl. VAT.

Helena

Helena

Made for slow mornings, bare feet and doors left open to the terrace. Everything sits comfortably on one level, with two peaceful bedrooms and plenty of light drifting through the house.

The open kitchen and living room run along the gable facing the terrace, which rises to 4 metres and is almost fully glazed. The main bedroom has its own glass door onto the deck, and the second bedroom works just as well as a home office.

45 m² living area, sleeps 3. Unfurnished model from 81 500 € excl. VAT.

Now with financing

From about 300 € a month

Your own home for less than many people pay in rent: depending on the model and how you finance it, the four houses come to roughly 300 to 1 600 € a month.

Our financing page shows the routes that are open to you in your country, from adding to the mortgage you already have to a mortgage on the new house itself.
