The body for consumer disputes in Sweden is the National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN, arn.se). We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer dispute board and do not commit to it in advance. If we cannot agree on a complaint, we tell you in writing whether we will take part.
