What do you take care of?
Finding the customers
- Roughly 10 to 15 hours a week, without replacing what you already do.
- Your own market and your own marketing. We don't hand you leads, and that's exactly why your share is so generous.
Looking after them
- An answer within 24 hours. These are people spending serious money.
- A backup person who picks up leads and viewings while you are away.
- Meeting customers in person, by phone, WhatsApp or video. No showroom needed.
Seeing it through
- Explaining permits and zoning calmly to a nervous first-time buyer.
- Coordinating the practical side (crane, foundation, utilities) when a customer wants that. Your own subcontractors are fine, and we tell you what the house needs.
- Keeping the relationship after delivery. The warranty work happens behind you.
What does Vagabond Haven take care of for you?

- No display unit required Almost all of our customers buy without visiting one, and most of our houses have a 3D walkthrough on our website.
- No production, transport or installation risk We build, deliver and install.
- No warranty liability We carry the warranty of up to five years and the cost of putting anything right. You stay the point of contact, we do the work behind you.
- No product development, no pricing to guess Models, specifications and prices come ready from our retailer hub, with your own automated quote calculator from day one.
- No marketing material to produce Photography, catalogues and blog posts come with the partnership, so you can be marketing in your first week.
How many houses should you expect to sell?
The first six months are a trial for both of us, with no obligation on either side to carry on. If it works, we move to a long-term agreement.
- First six months: 2 houses. One a quarter, during the trial.
- First full year: 6 houses. One every two months: roughly 22 000 to 47 000 €, depending on the models you sell.
- Second year: 10 houses. Once you know the product, roughly one a month.
What do you get to work with?
Everything you need from day one, so you don't have to build anything up from scratch: your own price calculators, so you can quote your customers automatically from day one, a full CRM, all our marketing material, the production pipeline and statistics, and much more, gathered in one hub for 150 € a month. The hub also records which customer came through whom, so nobody can take your leads: whoever reached a customer first keeps them. If you like, you also get your own copy of our website under your own domain (100 € to set up, 150 € a month).
Why ranges and not fixed amounts?
What you earn depends on the models, materials and options you sell, so these are estimated ranges. Your share is lower for your first five sales. After that it is higher, and it stays at that level from then on.
- Your first five sales: 3 500 to 7 500 €. Per house: the lower end on our simplest builds, the upper end on our best.
- Every sale after that: 4 500 to 10 000 €. Per house, from your sixth sale on, at the same share every time.
